Responsibilities • An end of project evaluation for the Community Empowerment Project implemented by Forum for Women in Democracy & Diakonia with funding support from the European Union under the Democratic Governance & Accountability Program (DGPA) • A mid-term review of the Country program (2011-2014) implemented with support from the Embassy of Sweden in Uganda . • A capacity enhancement process for partiner organizations in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management /building resilience . • A process to enhance Advocacy cycle management in partiner programs . Minimum qualifications • Working knowledge of Human Rights and gender based programming • Working knowledge in any of the thematic areas • Working knowledge of participatory approaches to development • Experience in working with and /or reviewing similar projects either as part of a team or individually • Strong analytical and documentation skills Job application procedure Interested and qualified consultants should submit technical and financial proposals to the following addresses; Hand delivery to Diakonia country office located at plot 726 off Mawanda road , Kamwokya, P.
