This can cause extreme winter weather in some places indeed. As Capricorn the Goat is also the cardinal or new earth sign into which the Galactic Centre is apparently moving, we may note also the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions that are the birth pains to a new Great Age and even a New Great Year. ( It takes the Galactic Centre One Great Year to move apparently once around the Earth). We are on the brink of a New Ice Age in the Northern Hemisphere as it transits into Capricorn ruled by Saturn, while closer to the equator a New Earth will volcanically rise and a new Golden Age will begin as those lands rise that sank half a Great Year at the time of the Fall c 12,500 years ago. Fire - Ice and Water - all will play their roles - that is why Saturn is also remembered as the Father of the Golden Age. The animated film I Pet Goat II was also a prophetic film of what is coming to the USA, the lotus opening is the volcanic event that triggers the sudden transformation.
