Albuquerque trailed 3-1 entering the eighth, but Dee Gordon reached on a wild pitch after striking out, Chili Buss was hit by a pitch and Brian Barden singled to bring home Gordon. An intentional walk loaded the bases for Sellers, who delivered the game-winning hit on a single to left off Redbirds reliever Victor Marte (2-2). Josh Wall (1-2) got the win in relief for the Isotopes (45-37), while Steve Ames tossed two innings of scoreless relief for his eighth save.
