Posted with permission from the sheriff Lord Reaper Forsaken Its come to the attention of the officers some are receiving mixed information or coming to harsh conclusions. This thread will be to clear some things up. I will personally start 1. When I became sheriff of dryads den all things house of thrice related was put on a back burner so I could do my job as officer to the best of my ability. 2. I work very hard on not showing favoritism with awards. In the three months I was sheriff I tried very hard to make recognize the ones that contribute positively to the park. In this I also asked others who may be worthy of notice. 3. The ork was a bit much when our new chancellor began. In additions to the problems with credits and entire players being deleted is continually being worked on we have been trying to sort out credits and go through the actual paperwork for a while it is a slow process I admit but its not neglected and there is no favoritism in the awarding of credits either. Just issues. 4. We have things in place to work on better training our reeves to recognize when hits are not being called as well as a reeve schedule 5. There has been an increase in den members leaving we have noticed and as this is sad. But it is your choice. The den does need a lot of work but the den can only improve with positive attitudes from its members. If you walk away with a negative experience it is unfortunate I have been in that same position where I wanted to leave the den because of the attitudes of people. But the den needs more encouragement and positivity rather than lies decite and drama. 6. There is a lot of misinformation that circulates out of control. There are also have been problems with how issues are brought up. As much as we try as officers to Forsee what issues the park is having there are better ways to bring them up than coming off with a rudeness or hostility. As officers we will listen to you and if they have not already been addressed they will be addressed. Mostly attitude is unnessacary things can be resolved so much easier if it was put aside. 7. I work on garb and I try very had to make sure the park members have sashes and I am working on more garb for our group but I do have a job so I try what I can. Thats how I addressed the situation when I was sheriff. Also on this note it is the reign of a new sheriff and things are being discussed and have been discussed as to people not wearing garb. There will be enforcements to follow this. 8. It is not a requirement for you to come to the park personal life can be a priority. Everyone knows this and I rarely hear negative talk about those who cant attend for whatever reason if anything its just wishing they could come and be out because they are missed 9. The park is supposed to be fun!!! So much negativity just draws the fun out of anything it doesnt matter how positive a person tries to be one person can ruin that for everyone 10. Less than a week into this reign a schedule has been put up special games have been planned a fundraiser has been planned. All of the officers meet and talk about the park regularly weekly sometimes even daily we always have contact with each other and alwAys work on ways to improve the park 11 this post is not directed at anyone specifically tho some will think otherwise this is in general things all of the officers see and are working on for this reign 12 you can talk to anyone you choose to about park stuff but issues are best if they are brought specifically to those that can handle them because as I said the officers keep in touch and are always working to better things 13 this park has so much potential and we want to see it become great
