Posting rather an unusual Post on this site do to the nature of it............. As many of you know The Sunnywood Quarter Horse Farm property has been advertised For Sale for some time now and last month listed as an auction. This afternoon Ive been told the bank SOLD IT TODAY!!!!! My neighbor was very interested and had even spoke with the bank that foreclosed on it an wanted to make an offer. They told her they couldnt because they had just contracted it for auction. They were waiting for the auction date to bid........THIS IS WRONG!!!! This was an advertised event Im sure others in the St. Joseph County Area and surrounding areas were interested in this property as well. It Says NOTHING in the Auction Flyer - We May Take Bids Before & Except Them Before Auction Day!!!!!Ughhhhhh Just thought others ought to know before taking the time to attend the SO CALLED AUCTION........Poor Business PRACTICE FOR STURGIS BANK AND TRUST !!!!
