Posture really is everything. Ive become a little obsessed but hey, thats not a bad thing. One of the worst culprits for facilitating bad posture is sitting. Sitting on a couch, sitting in your car, the office etc.. I really try to minimize how long I sit for each day.. usually Im the weirdo watching True Detective on a bosu doing tummy vacuums..👍 Be mindful of how much time you spend in the sitting position..if you are one the people that do find themselves sitting at the office all day, getting home and then sitting for hours watching television, then its only a matter of time until pain in your lower back, shoulders and neck become a part of your day also. So what can you do? Start stretching!
