Potluck & Pool Party Reminder: Reminder to Marchers and Parents End of Band Camp Potluck & Pool Party Potluck WHERE: Henry Clay Cafeteria WHEN: Friday, August 9, 2013 6:30 pm This is a celebration of the hard work that everyone has done during Band Camp. We will meet in the cafeteria and after eating, we will go to the practice field so the Band can show off all they have learned. Every family needs to bring a main dish and a side or dessert. Everyone will need to provide their own drinks. The boosters will provide all necessary paper products. Pool Party WHERE: Hartland Pool* WHEN: Friday, August 9, 2013 9-11:00 pm After the potluck, the students are invited to the Hartland neighborhood pool to swim and continue the celebration of their hard work. *DIRECTIONS TO POOL: from Man-O-War take Tates Creek away from Lexington. Turn left at the 2nd Hartland Pkwy. (look for the brick entrance). Go about mile and pool will be on the right. Turn in after the pool and park in the lot behind the pool.
