Power communion and preservation service Text: Ex 2:1-8 Topic: Preserved by His power Speaker: Pastor Paul Enenche The power of God kept Moses alive against all odds: How? 1. The power of God gave Mosess parents boldness to hide him for 3 months 2. It kept Moses afloat on the river. He could have drowned but he didnt. 3. It directed the right person to the spot where Moses was found at the river bank. It takes the power to direct you to the right person that will help you in life. 4. It preserved Moses from being destroyed by the rod of Pharoah. Ex 2:15. 5. It prevented Moses from destruction by Isrealites conspiracy and hostility. Num 16:1-end, 14:10.if you are not on the path of evil, you are not on the path of harm. Gods preservation in the life of David 1. When his brethren left him to face the lion and the bears in the process of taking care of his fathers flock 1 Sam 17:34-37 2. When Saul was determined to kill him at all cost due to envy and jealousy. 1 Sam 18:7-10. 3. When his own son rose up in rebellion to destroy his father. How the power of God preserves 1. Impacts strength and might to deal directly with the enemy. God ensure you are not a weakling. That you are a formidable force to deal with. 2. It is deployed to directly deal with the enemy. Ex 14:21-28 Who the power preserves 1. Those who please God with their lives. Those who will go the full length in giving God pleasure with their lives Acts 13:22. 2. Those who exists to fulfill Gods purpose for their life. They have a reason why heaven must keep them on earth. 3. Those who dwell in His presence Ps 91:1. The presence carries a preservative capacity. 4. Those who understand Gods provision for their protection and preservation. Those who have enough revelation that they have faith to be defended. Ps 27:1-5 let the light be reflected in your spirit. Be sufficiently aware. 2 Kings 6:16
