Power too often corrupts. Not always, certainly not everyone - TopicsExpress

Power too often corrupts. Not always, certainly not everyone involved in politics as many do get involved and stay involved because they are good leaders and can work together with others to make a positive difference. Unfortunately though it seems that so many in power today on both sides of the aisle care about themselves or extended families first and foremost, and slide down the slippery slope of trading ideas or votes for money. Things like big no bid contracts in the healthcare arena are a real concern in a one party state like MD, and though a governor cant make laws or repeal them - he or she can set the tone to slow the corruption and start to establish some level of accountability. This is one of the reasons we support Larry Hogan to help us broadly in Maryland. Please think about this if you would not normally vote outside your political party or otherwise just be frustrated and stay home. Hogan and Boyd Rutherford really need your vote to help Change Maryland for the good. I really hope that the unaffiliated and others among us will come out and vote Hogan - it can really make a difference.
