Pr. 23:7a "For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he." My friends lets not be wimpy Christians that are thrown around by our circumstances, Instead lets live in who God says we are. The promises are given for us to know our Spiritual inheritance 2 Peter 1:4 "by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption [that is] in the world through lust. " Why would I trade my life with Christ, for what this world has to offer me? Why would I trade who I am for what this world tells me I am. Why would I sacrifice the eternal on the alter of the temporal? But lets go forward in all diligence knowing that the trials of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed in us. James 1:2 "Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance." Rom. 5:3 "And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Lets fall in love with the Word of God and not be distracted by the World. 2 Peter. 3:18 "but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." I am His, and He is mine, nothing else matters, from here I grow and from here I go into all the world! Ps. 119:11 Thy Words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee, 119:62 "At midnight I shall rise to give thanks to You Because of Your righteous ordinances." 119:97 " O how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. " 119:103 "How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth! 119:147-148 " I rise before dawn and cry for help; I wait for Your words.
