Practical conditioning. A few rounds alternating between jumping rope and hitting the heavy bag is an excellent way to bring up your fitness level while using your body in a very practical way. This clip is a small sample from today after my joint mobility, using the heavy bag and jump rope to get some conditioning. What we do here is give people all the tools they need to develop serious capability and confidence in their body. This is needed today, especially among youth - and we are committed to planting seeds for upcoming generations to have a body to be proud of because it is healthy and capable - not simply following trends and trying to fit in with mainstream misconceptions of physical beauty.
