Practising pranayama with Anabela. Its fabulous for babies to feel your stillness. Sit with their backs to your tummy so they can feel the movement as you breath in and out. If they are super active that day, then try and keep your quietness even more. They will eventually follow. Placing your hands around their body will help them to feel the prana (energy) You know after a session of meditation or pranayama you get that tingling through your body? Like fairy dust has been poured into the crown of your head and resonates throughout the entire body, well Im sure they feel it too. Your energy and theirs as one, like it was when they were in the womb. Beautiful and so important for baby to sense calmness around them.
