Praise Point: Senator Mike Lee is sponsoring the Marriage and Religious Freedom Act along with several cosponsors. The bill protects the rights of individuals and organizations from religious discrimination by the federal government. This bill is a companion piece to the legislation introduced by Rep. Raul Labrador in the House this September. These bills enjoy wide bipartisan support and they call needed attention to the crucial issue of religious liberty and conscience.
