Praise the LORD for HIS mercy endures for ever: Rth 1:16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Rth 1:17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me. ~~~~~~~~~ Whatever and Where Ever! ~~~~~~~~~~ When Ruth pledged her allegiance to Naomi and to the God of Israel, it wasnt based on, What ifs? or circumstances. It was faith rooted in her devotion to Naomi and God even to the point of death! So often, we wonder Why this? or Why that?, remember His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts — our faith is not based on if this circumstance was changed then I could — or if this problem didnt exist then my life would be so much easier! We tend to look at our circumstances, our problems, our status, our situations — however the faith were called to have is a whatever and where ever faith! Lets stop looking at the what ifs and the why thats and start looking to the Who of your life! The who of your life should be Jesus — and when He is the Who of your life — then the rest of your life is whatever and where ever for your good and His glory!
