‘Pranayam’ ‘Pranayam’ is a discipline in ‘yog’ and it mainly deals with the organs related with breathing process. There are many disciplines of ‘pranayam’ like ‘Anulom-Vilom’, ‘Kapal Bhati’, ‘Bhramri’ etc. A set of these disciplines, for daily practice, can be designed as per specific requirements of the person concerned. Meditation Meditation is one of the disciplines of ‘yog’ and it is practised for good health in general and for mental health in particular.
