Prayers Needed! UPDATE on Amy - Amys lung function has deteriorated. She now has a condition called ARDS--acute respiratory distress syndrome. She has developed severe pulmonary edema that makes it hard for the lung tissues to work. She is already receiving the proper treatment for ARDS with BiVent mechanical ventilation and treatment of her pneumonia with strong antibiotics. ARDS is very serious. Please stop what you are doing and pray specifically right now for Amys pulmonary edema to get better. Please also continue to pray for her vasospasms to stop. She went back to the cath lab today for another procedure with new medications injected into the brain blood vessels. She also had a blood transfusion due to low hemoglobin levels. She is in serious condition and all prayers, good thoughts and healing energy directed her way is most appreciated. Thank you!
