Prayers of the Sun In my more than fifty years of learning, I feel that living a spiritual connection with the life around you is caused by energy flows of living systems. These are currents in a great sea of blessing--as the sun blesses the Earth with its warmth, the clouds bless the land with rain, the land blesses the seeds of nourishment, the plants bless the animals with food, and humans are blessed with each breath they take from the trees and plants. Sadly, man takes it all. And doesnt bless anything in return. Instead, he continues to destroy the system of blessing.
