Prayers please. My brother-in-law is in the ICU at Tacoma General. His condition is serious. The next 48hrs will tell us so much more. If you have a prayer within you to say on our behalf, please pray out of love for him and my family. For those of you who dont know Tom, he is unique in that he has made room for love in his life. For some of us, we dont have to make room for it. We are eager to acknowledge the void when we dont have love, but for Tom, he chose to open himself to my sister. And that openness connected him deeper than he thought could ever be possible to finding love not just with my sister, but with my nephew and with my mother too. That love, it is what I believe love is supposed to be to serve us. I believe opening yourself to possibilities invites love into your world, your life, your being. Tom has this love for my family, and I love him for that. Please pray for him and pray for healing. We would very much like to love him some more in this world, and we would like him to stay with us on this journey more than a bit longer.
