Praying for those who are feeling lonely... Dear Lord, Please bless each person who suffers from loneliness. Please bring people into their lives who will be there to share a kind word, or a hug. Please send people to stand beside them and help carry their burdens and share their joy and sorrow. We pray Lord that each one will feel your presence and comfort and know that you are with them always. Please help us all to turn the times when we feel the most isolated and alone, into opportunities for forging a deeper relationship with you. Help us to focus on all the many blessings that we have... Help us to cast aside the discouragement the enemy whispers to us about how unfair our lives our and how there must be something wrong with us for things to be the way they are ... speak truth in our hearts, Lord and help us to find a sense of contentment, despite our circumstances, as we find our joy and fulfillment in you. In the name of Jesus we ask these things, Amen.
