Pre works good or bad????? Looking around all I seem to see and hear is which pre work out is best? These days we are always looking for ways to improve our energy but do not realise the damage we are actually doing to ourselves. Need to get up for my morning workout but stayed up late the night before..... all good a scoop of pre workout and bam I will get through my work out and be wired for a while, then will enjoy the painful come down effect. You may be saying what are you on about this is the best feeling in the world However, what goes up must come down!!!! Like anything your body will get used to the pre work out and you will soon be needing to up it to scoops... yes I just said it, TWO SCOOPS. When that stops working well your seeking a new brand to help with that kick again. Now lets look at it like this, pre workouts contain a high amount of caffeine and other stimulates which can be compared to the drug speed. This is why most athletes are not allowed to have pre workout and have seen a lot of products pulled from the shelves. One scoop of pre work out is equivalent to 3.5 cups of coffee in one sitting. Wow!!!!! When you have anything that is classed as a stimulate it sends a message to your adrenal glands to produce more adrenalin. This is where you get that instant hit of energy from. However, your adrenal glands can only produce enough adrenal per day and it like our bodies needs to be able to have time to refuel itself. Using a pre work out everyday can put a real stress on you and can see you actually burning out instead of getting ahead. They say to try and cycle your pre workout every 4-6 weeks giving your body a week off. But to get any benefits from this you will need to not have anything with is a stimulate- -energy drinks -coffee -anything that contains caffeine However this will bring you mood swings, withdrawals symptoms and head aches. Is it really worth the effort in the long run?? Why not try some natural remedies that wont harm your body. - green tea - vitamin B - Good old rest and cover - good nutritional dense diet Justin Rys abused his body with steroids and pre work outs youtu.be/zbTyCe2dbRk
