Prediction...the wealth gap in the US is going to continue to widen and will do so regardless of tax policy or laws. Why? Simple really...few Americans have educated themselves with the skills needed to compete in todays global internet of things, cloud based, engineering, science and mathematical revolution. Machines have taken most of the old world jobs and will soon displace all but the scientists, engineers and mathematicians. Others will be relegated to minimum wage jobs. Kids, listen up the world is going to change very fast over the next decade. Faster even than my career which has gone from using data sets on mainframes that were months old to today, where my iPad has more power than a $1 million Computer in 1985. The next move is exponential so get with it or you will miss the train. Once you miss it it is almost impossible to catch up.
