The T4 airbase has also experts from Russia, Iran and North Korea. There are also 68 officers, 280 NCOs and Syrian soldiers, and 136 military equipment as per 2013 latest statistics. There are also approximately 71 Syrian officers of the high ranks like Brigade, Dean and Colonel and moreover another 68 officers from Russia, Iran and North Korea.
