Preseason Day 4 Preseason DAY 4 - So right now you might be thinking how in the world do I make these little containers into a meal right?? Its meal prep time so I wanted to give you some of my tips and tricks and as we get started!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to create a meal plan: -First determine which containers you will use at which meal -Then pick foods to match those containers -Keep it simple! My favorites: Breakfast- Red, Green Snack #1- Blue, Purple Lunch- Red, Green, Yellow Snack #2 - Red, Purple (usually Shakeology) Dinner- Red, Green, Yellow Breakfast- Red Snack #1- Blue, Green Lunch- Red, Yellow, Green Snack #2 - Red, Purple (usually Shakeology) Dinner- Red, Yellow, Green, Purple *Orange and teaspoons any time of day as needed *You can split any container in half over two meals > Post below if you plan to follow one of my meal plans this week or create your own!
