President Clark sent out the following email as a reminder about the importance of the Town-hall meeting tomorrow night. We are very excited and hope you will come and invite your friends. The meeting starts at 7:00PM at the MHS Performing Arts Center. Dear Friends: I wanted to let you know that the first general meeting for Envision Madison is Thursday, June 13, at 7 p.m. in the Madison High School auditorium. I encourage you to participate in this Kick-off Summit. The purpose of this and the other associated efforts of Envision Madison is to bring people together from all across Madison County to discuss and plan for the future. The results of this strategic community planning will be as effective as the input provided from a cross section of residents. Also, one of four public workshops will be held on campus in the Taylor Chapel Cultural Hall at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19. Additional information, including times and places of other meetings are listed on the Envision Madison website: madisoneconomicpartners.org/pages/envision_login.php. As individual residents and university employees, we can each take interest in what this county will look like 20 or 30 years from now. Coordinated effort in each of the upcoming Envision Madison meetings will allow us to discuss ideas, concerns, and hopes as we effect change in this community that is home to BYU-Idaho and so many of us. We are living in a wonderful time and place. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to participate in shaping the future of Madison County. Best regards, Kim B. Clark President
