President Goodluck Jonathan should go and tell that to the ghosts. - TopicsExpress

President Goodluck Jonathan should go and tell that to the ghosts. So the Igbos dramatically and emphatically believed him? Even a sick goat knows its not possible in Nigeria to complete a 2nd Niger Bridge in four years. Chaiii! I weep again. It has become a political tradition in Nigeria that contracts are awarded and constructions flagged off during political campaign. O yes, that is the only time we hear good news on governance. Prophets and Messiahs will be emerging from no where, including those who can see vision. The long awaited dividends of the so called democracy will begin to unlock themselves. Political psychophants will start taking sides and perhaps preaching gospels and fighting over penny. As soon as you mistakenly vote them into office, they will disappear immediately into the tin air alongside their cangaroo projects and empty promises. The few once who can speak good English would only be seen in tv. What marvels me is the manner and honor with which we absorb shock, especially Ndi Igbo, suffering and smiling. Meanwhile, the short Nigerian memory are constantly traumatized on daily basis by these hoodlums they have voted into office. And I asked, why is hard for us to learn that none of these projects will have a taste of brimstone at the end of the day? The past years are my dead withness, and the next four year will be my living witness. What can I say,,,,, the downtrodden, the lead, the common man, poverty and ignorance striken masses. Hope in the midst of hopeless is an illusion, hallucination, disorientation, depression, dementia and some other symptoms of a major mental illness.
