President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Deputy, William Ruto, and radio Journalist, Joshua Arap Sang’, are set to begin their trials at The Hague next week, back home, the Jubilee MPs are planning to force Judge Phillip Waki and former ICC prosecutor, Moreno Ocampo, to make public all the 20 suspects in his the secret envelope.Led by Kigumo MP, Jamleck Kamau, and Leader of Majority, Aden Duale, the Jubilee MPs plan to move to court to compel Ocampo to name the remaining 14 suspects as well as grill Justice Waki by the Parliamentary Committee over his CIPEV report.Speakingon Friday, Kamau noted that it was unfair for Ocampo to have named only six suspects when the list contained 20 suspects, saying the remaining suspects must be known to face trials back home.On his part, Duale vowed to bring amotion to Parliament to grill Waki so that those who killed people in Kisumu and other areas and framed others can be known to face crimes against humanity charges in Kenya. Both leaders believe that former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, was on the list but his namewas removed by Koffi Annan and Ocampo for political reasons, but he must face trial just like Uhuru and Ruto because he framed them.
