President of the Organizing Committee of Fiftieth Anniversaries of Independence and Reunification (NOC) National Committee, Mr. Martin BELINGA EBOUTOU, Minister, Director of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic, chaired Monday, October 28, 2013, at the Palais Unit, a meeting of some Central Committee Presidents and Ministers in charge of infrastructure.
