Govt will set up IITs and IIMs in every state. 5. Govt to launch campaign to save the girl child & ensure her education. 6. Govt will have a policy of zero tolerance for violence against women. 7. National e-Governance plan to be launched, Wifi Zones to be provided in critical public areas in the next 5 yrs. 8. Govt committed to make all minorities equal partners in growth. 9.
