***Press Release*** On Saturday September 28, 2013 at approximately 7:15 p.m. The Effingham Police Department was called to Lakeview Neuro Rehabilitation Center for a client who had walked away from their facility and was missing. That client, a sixteen year old juvenile was subsequently located by staff members on Route 25 east in the Town of Effingham. The juvenile when located assaulted a staff member of Lakeview Neuro Rehabilitation with a pair of scissors he had on his person. Effingham Police Department took the juvenile into custody on scene where he is being held pending an upcoming hearing. The victim was transported to Huggins Hospital where he was treated and released. Members of the Freedom Police Department, New Hampshire Fish and Game, and Ossipee Police Department also assisted in the investigation.
