Press release to go with the above photo: FPC Members celebrate shirt sponsorship Filton Pétanque club members are celebrating the sponsorship of their new club Polo shirts by Box Steam Brewery who supply beers to the Ratepayers Arms bar at Filton sports and Leisure Centre. Club secretary Roger Hutchinson said,” We are a small but growing club and are keen to make Filton the centre of Pétanque in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This sponsorship is a big step forward to us and we are very grateful to the Box brewery for their help and support with this sponsorship” Speaking for the brewery, South West Regional Manager Barney Waspe, pictured in the photograph with club members, said “ As well as being passionate about creating distinctive craft beers with taste and character, were also massive fans of pétanque at our brewery in Holt, near Bradford on Avon.
