Preston University did not expel any student for chanting a political logo! Since the inception of Azadi and Inqilab March the slogan Go Nawaz Go has gone viral. The motto was called up by a student during an event in Preston University, Islamabad in which Mr. Ahsan Iqbal, senior member PML-N was invited as chief guest. The whole story received heavy response from the social media users and fake news about the expulsion of student went viral. Preston University is neither affiliated with any political party nor promotes any political agenda. The institute believes in maintaining discipline without any discrimination towards any race, color, ethnicity, gender and political affiliation. The news about expulsion/suspension is a baseless allegation on Preston University and has no elements of truth in it.
