Pretty clever. A pirate rips content off of YouTube and re-uploads content to Facebook not for profit (Piracy is the illegal manufacture and distribution of copies without concern for profit). Facebook slaps ads onto the pirated content and then makes bank on the ads. Facebook turns innocent piracy into bootlegging. The element of plagiarism is likely irrelevant (whether or not the pirate uploader explicitly states it was ripped content and not his). They call bootlegging while freeloading on the back of piracy freebooting.
