Pretty crisp dude with Fast&Loose movement quality. Please do not get into an argument of efficiency. I love the martial arts - movement wise. Efficiency in self defense / competition is another subject where I put my faith in few tried, tested and live practiced systems. If you can make the distinction, there is so much to enjoy in the martial world. If not - a lot of delusions will have to get shattered along the way. Perhaps a few noses as well.
