Principal Funding and Investment(PFI) Analyst | Goldmann Sachs | Bangalore Job Description: Analyst Principal Funding and Investment Desk Principal Funding and Investment (PFI) desk is looking for an analyst to join the team in Bangalore. PFI is involved in sourcing and deploying secured funding on a variety of asset classes, as well as illiquid credit trading. The job will include helping with desk’s daily activities, research and quantitative modeling in credit space (primarily structured finance). Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing asset moves to optimally manage the funding book and monetize value along with analysts across the globe Analyzing the credit quality of structured transactions and identifying potential opportunities and challenges they may present in near future Assisting the desk in pricing securities by collating dealer quotes that are available in the market and/or from prices of proxy securities Assisting the desk in fulfilling obligations that are part of its contract with its counterparties that involve periodic communication on the portfolio and its prices We are seeking individuals with: A degree in finance, business, engineering, or other relevant majors • Outstanding academic and professional record • Solid analytical skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Familiarity with financial markets and products • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience with credit products goldmansachs/a/data/jobs/21870.html
