Privileged to have seen the prelim results re: an on-going independent study about the latest elections in the Philippines -- several patterns emerging seem a bit disturbing, especially in relation to vote buying-- or in a more accurate term " selling of votes". Apparently, voters in various areas have grown clever enough to stage "vote bidding". The implication of this worries me a lot. For various reasons/issues - in connection to the 2016 Elections & the state of democracy/political culture in the Philippines, among other things.... *face palm*
