Pro tip: If you buy a huge bunch of herbs to use in a recipe and have leftover (dill, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, sage and other hardier herbs), you can chop and freeze it in a ziplock bag for future use. I used to get so frustrated at my dill going bad before I could use it all, but now I just freeze it and pull it out when I need it. Its better than dried, and only a little less flavor than fresh. Just use a little more of it!
