Probably all of us at some point have lost a sock or some other small item doing a wash. But how could it be that I washed TWO face towels (with other clothes) and theyre missing? This happened three weeks ago. Ive looked everywhere - behind the w/d, under the bed, in every drawer of every chest. Ive even looked in my cars. (I figured maybe I got delusional and thought I was running away from home and packed them up and put em in one of the cars.) Could someone have stolen them? Maybe the thief is testing me to see if i notice, and if i dont, hell steal something of more value next time. The only thing good that could come of this is if it continues, and large, household items continue to disappear, when i move in about 4 months Ill save on moving costs since Ill be itemless.
