Problems with Horizon Hobbies... I bought a Blade 130x by A Main Hobbies on USA. The "D" tail gear comes with a tooth broken, so I request the Warranty Service from Horizon Hobbies, sending a picture of the defective part and a proof that I had bought te 130x in the USA. They took 4 days to answer this: "Horizon Hobby USA has no means of being able to ship any products to Brazil. We have no shipping agreement with Brazil to ship you replacement parts or defective parts that would be consider a warranty replacement. " So, I talked with A Main Hobbies customer service about this, and at the SAME DAY they send me a replacement part! Yes guys, the A Main Hobbies have a Customer Service too much better than Horizon Hobbies! Take care when you need the Horizon Hobbies Warranty/Customer Service... :( About A Main Hobbies, they have the best customer service on the web.
