Product Development Engineer Oct 23, 2014 From: Texas Instruments Malaysia Location: Melaka Deadline: Dec 31, 2014 Job Scope Responsibilities: - Develop and spin release AECQ automotive power management IC. - Develop Q100 & Q101 compliant spin products based on existing commercial products - Perform product characterization, hardware/software development/modification to meet the required product definition. - Develop and complete all documentation related to the new product development phases. - Perform relevant and necessary adjustments, analysis, testing and debugging processes as well as resolve issues for both hardware and software on testers. - Work with cross functional teams to optimize test solution and ensure the product qualification requirements are achieved as well as sustained. - Ensure that it conforms to the Company’s stringent Process, Engineering, Quality and Cost standards during NPI and ramp up phase. Skills Required: - Technically inclined and good analytical skills. - Good communication and ability to work with global team. - Good command of written and spoken English as well as in technical report writing. - Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated and performance driven. - Ability to drive & execute projects to meet aggressive schedules. - Able to multi-task during project execution. - Able to travel abroad occasionally.
