Production Machinery Technician #MontegoBay Repairs and maintains machines and equipment used in processing Replaces broken and worn parts Inspects plant daily and discuss directly with personnel responsible, deteriorations and possible ways to improve Determines cause of equipment malfunction, according to knowledge of machine operation and report of operator or maintenance workers Records type of malfunction and repair work performed Starts repaired or newly installed machines and equipment to verify readiness for operation Ensures that all start-up and shut-down procedures are followed correctly Prepares requisitions for material and supplies Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
