Production Manager (S$4000-5000, Gul, Fabrication/Machining) Company’s Business Nature: Company is in fabrication and machining of oil and gas products and services Responsibilities: • Ensure fabrication floor meet delivery requirements and turnaround time according to agreed SLA (service level agreement) with customers • Increase and manage workers’ efficiency/productivity, and monitor their performance and to provide training when necessary • Perform thorough job inspection and random checking • Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with scheduler on job loading and machine planning. • Ensure proper machining set-up & identify machine for servicing/repair if necessary. • Investigate the root cause of non-conformance, and recommend corrective actions and measures to prevent. • Emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping in the production floor. Requirements: • Singaporeans preferred • Possess Diploma qualification with at least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or machining industry as a Supervisor or Manager, preferably in Precision Engineering / Metal Machining / Oil & Gas fabrication sectors • Applicants must have relevant strong experience in handling a team of at least 30-50 workers. • Preferably possess own transport or Class 3 / 4 license • Possess a valid forklift license will be good but not necessary • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface with all level of people • Self-driven and displays good leadership We thank you for your interest in this position, applicants with relevant experience please send Microsoft word resume with expected salary to [email protected] for faster processing, alternatively, please visit machspeed.sg/availablejobs/ for more jobs available, thank you.
