Productive changes in the judicial system: Its as simple as A B C: Yes, No, or Maybe. Seriously. Why can a jury who is undecided make a unanimous decision just cause the vote is 7-to-5.? Especially when its well known that jury are untrained, selected from a pool, and are possibly utilized for their incompetence OR violations of traditional codes which say that it is UNFAIR to hire anyone based on their race, handicap, age, etc. Backwards system? YES! But I can fix it!!!! Allow a Maybe verdict. Choice C. See the truth... a C verdict means that if you commit any crimes of a specific degree, you would be also found guilty of the C verdict crime. Get it?????????? I am super smart on a broad ranging level. I can fix inadequacies in the legal system. Ok? We all know a jury trial is insufficient when several want to go home and may be swayed not by moral but by personal need. Its NOT a fair judicial system. Giving jurors the right to choose C Maybe Guilty or Not guilty would be much more effective than a simple Yes or No. Because we know that one juror may say I dont know. and the rest pressure them against their view. So, we need to respect the Maybe...Maybe not or Uncertainty vote. If you agree, please share. :)
