Professor Yemi Osibajos emergence as APC Vice-Presidential candidate for 2015 election. Lets have your view here, this is what a well-meaning and prominent Nigerian woman has to say: Let Prof be the AGF. His talents will be better applied in the legal realm, especially for a government that will have to tackle corruption head-on. You need someone not just sound in the letter, but also the practice of law. Perhaps with Prof. Osibanjo at the helm, he will help to strengthen the institutions that enforce the law. We need someone who can help us reform the judicial process such that cases brought the courts do not last for 30 - 40 years with no end in sight, the prisons are decongested, EFCC, ICPC and the police enforce the provisions of the law and the constitution rather than abuse it.... So many things. Being AGF is just as important in my view and there is a need to also get this right. Let a seasoned SS governor who has a record of performance and who is calm, mature and a team-player be the VP. I vote for Oshiomole because I think he has that. I dont know Gov Amaechi personally except for what is in the news, but it seems to me that he is a strong-minded individual which is good, but if he is not a team player, there could be problems in future, especially with a party like APC, that has quite a few strong personalities already.
