DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Provide program management expertise to various project/program initiatives to effectively assist the Government in delivery and sustainment of warfighting capabilities in support of the Air Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) MILSATCOM Directorate’s Logistics, Acquisition Security and Systems Engineering (LASS) program Plan, coordinate and manage LASS program support to include systems engineering, logistics and cybersecurity support across multiple geographic locations such as Los Angeles Air Force Base (AFB) and Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO. Develop and maintain customer relationships within MILSATCOM Directorate and outside government stakeholders to deliver value added cybersecurity support. Review and analyze prime and subcontractor program performance, develop pre- and post-award documentation and briefings, perform milestone planning, analyze LASS program schedules and manage program staff. Manage integrated team providing effective acquisition security support. Support the DoD Program Protection Planning (PPP), Mission Certification and Analysis (C&A), as well as be knowledgeable in complying with the requirements of DoD acquisition program documentation and acquisition directives Manage LASS cybersecurity support in Personnel and Physical security and Sensitive Compartmented Information, Information Security (INFOSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC) and Operations Security (OPSEC) program areas. Analyze applicable government regulatory and statutory policies and directives and develop a plan for compliance to meet all necessary requirements and milestones.
