Programme Coordinator- Outside Harare $open to negotiation Our Client is looking for a Volunteer Programme Co-ordinator to be responsible for the day to day supervision of overseas volunteers and organise their daily activities in the game park. In addition the Co-ordinator is responsible for budgeting, stock control and management of the volunteer house. Key Attributes: A people person - this person must be super-social and like entertaining Practical - to be able to think on their feet and make a plan Have an interest in conservation, wildlife and the environment - to be able to talk to guests about bigger issues in conservation, Africa and the environment Disciplined and responsible - the role calls for work to be done for a variety of people both on and off the site, some of it is administrative but is essential for the business. Understand the goals of the business and want to help deliver them!
