Progression to date: in Oct 2006 I weighed in at 120kg! Fortunately I dont have I full length pic of me at that size! On the left is me in Oct 2011 = 103kg. Depressed. Unfit. Unhappy. Something clicked on 29th Dec 2011 and I put my trainers on and tried running. I went out every night in the dark to do a mile of walk run walk. In Jan 2012 I saw a PT/nutritionist. I began a low carb high fat lifestyle. I began circuit training and increased my running. In the middle is me in Sept 2012 weighing the lightest Id weight since I was 16 years old = 75kg. I didnt maintain this weight for long. I joined a different gym and continued my circuits running and trx. In July 2013 I dropped all my cardio and decided just to concentrate on lifting. (Taking advice of someone who knew nothing!) This didnt produce the results I wanted and I gained weight. I wasnt eating the right way to get the results I expected. So in March I began hitting cardio again. Changed my eating. Got myself a PT. So here I am on the right as I look at the moment. Aug 2014 = 84kg 33% body fat. Am I where I want to be? No. Am I happy? Hell yes!
