Project Apples- January Activities Thursday, 1/8- Music & Movement with Paula- Join us at the Leominster Library at 3:30. Children ages 3-8 will learn the power of movement through music, games, and simple yoga poses. Children will learn skills to help with balance and relaxation. Call 978534-7533-ext. #4 to register. Saturday, 1/10- Daddy /Caretaker & Me Brain Building Morning- Join us at Bennett School to design, build, and paint a wooden dragon. After, we will listen to a story about dragons. Voluntary donation- $5.00 Tuesday, 1/13- Family Fun STEM Night- Children ages 3-7 and their families are welcome to join us at the Leominster Library for some chilly fun at Family Fun Night. This month, we will learn all about the snow and the cold. We will read Snow by Cynthia Rylant, Snow by Uri Shulevitz, and Names for Snow by Judi K. Beach. Tuesday, 1/20- 1/23- The Snowy Day Story Walk- Families and children are invited to enjoy a week-long story walk, which will be posted along the brick path at Bennett School, 145 Pleasant St. Leominster, MA. Story Walk will be available for viewing from 9am-3pm, weather permitting, and will begin near the front door outside Bennett School. Wednesday, 1/28 Free Guided Grocery Store Tour- Two tours will be offered-10-11:30 or 6-7:30 pm.
