We are the Engineering Procurement and Construction managers managing design submissions from local AE firms contract and procurement management and overseeing all construction works being performed by local contractors and subcontractors in Jubail Industrial City. Projects we are actively involved with in Jubail include new residential communities petrochemical industrial zone site preparation various commercial buildings and structures mosques schools hospitals sports facilities clinics a new 30000 student university utility services and infrastructure electrical substations lift stations roads and highways port amp pipeline expansions and more.Position 06035R01 Project Controls Team LeadDuties amp Responsibilities Assigned to Project Controls group. Responsible for the following Effective execution of Project Controls programs in accordance with Bechtel Group Inc. Project Controls Department Procedure. Directs Area Project Control activities. Develops interprets and executes policy objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities. Prepares the Area Project Controls plan for assigned projects. Reviews and endorses to the PCM Earned Revenue Determination Data Proposal Financial Summaries Project Financial Status Reports and Change for Project Working calculations for assigned projects. Reviews contract drafts to ensure they include adequate cost and scope definition and meets Project Controls requirements. Coordinates development of all data in support of negotiations. Plans staffing needs for assigned projects. Participates in the development and training of assigned personnel and in the implementation of onthejob and classroom training programs. Conducts performance reviews and career counseling. Skills amp Experience CollegeUniversity Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of fifteen 15 years experience in Engineering and Construction Industry. Knowledgeable of Buildings and interrelated systems for their operation including review of construction related drawings and their interface with other projects. High degree of technical skill and experienced in cost engineering cost estimating cost analysis amp control planning amp scheduling maintenance monitoring impact identification recovery plan development and staff planning. Demonstrated skill in identifying analyzing and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering cost analysis amp control and planning amp scheduling problems. Adept in the preparation and presentation of onproject estimates and cost forecasts. Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P3P6 to plan organize review and develop complex EPC schedules. Proficient in CPM scheduling resource loading and leveling.
