ROBO RUMBLE: (ROBO SUMO) ROBO RUMBLE is the region to show strength of your bot to make a collision with other robots. It’s time to reveal your talent and make difference in thousands by competing against best of best. Steel fighter is a sport in which two robots attempt to push each other out of a circle (in a similar fashion to the sport of sumo). Bot Specifications:- Maximum voltage must not exceed 12V. No more (AC/DC) Power will be provided at sight of play . The robot should fit into a 30 x 30 x 30 cm(max) box at all times, smaller machines shall be accepted at participants won risk. The machine should not exceed 4kg of weight including the weight of power source. If the power source is external, its weight would be considered 1.5 times its actual weight. Weight of wireless robots will be counted 0.75 times its actual weight. The machine should have 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive mechanism; all the tyres must contribute into the motion. Spare parts or kits from any readymade toys should not be used for constructing the robot. The body of the robot must not be taken from any readymade toys. The remote must work on two frequencies (with a considerable difference between the frequencies) so as to avoid interference with the opponent. Use of hydraulics ,pneumatics ,fire and sticky elements of any type of chemical or liquid are not allowed. Wire should be slag during the game play. Participants will not be allowed to change the design once the robot registered in the event. The machine will be checked by the organisers before the participants are allowed to race and the decision regarding the compliance of the machine with the specifications shall be solely in the hands of the judges. Rules:- Maximum of 4 participants are allowed per team. The robot must not damage the track. Intentional cutting of others wires and damaging of other bots is not allowed, failure to that may lead to disqualify.
