Project Sales Executive - Bahrain A Leading company in Bahrain is urgently seeking Sales Executives with competitive packages, previous experience in selling tiles, sanitary ware, and/or other related items like mixers, accessories, parquet flooring etc. is a must. Duties & Responsibilities: The job holder is located in the Head Office of the Division and reports to the Sales Manager Project and in his absence directly to the General Manager. The job holder is responsible for selling tiles, sanitary ware, and/or other related items like mixers, accessories, parquet flooring etc. , against requirement from Project Sites, for new or refurbishment work , booking orders and ensuring closure of sales orders to such sites . The job holder is a very important point of contact with the customers as well as all members of his team. Hence the way the Job holder conducts himself/herself directly affects the company image in the market place. Personal qualities like honesty, integrity and respect for all are very important. These qualities should reflect in the job holders interaction with customers, colleagues, supervisors, suppliers staff etc. The job holder acts strictly within the rules, policies and procedures of the company. 1. Sourcing and creation of requirement from various project sites, including monitoring of Government tenders and negotiation thro ugh various stages of Sales through excellent knowledge of the market and product requirements. 2. Establish excellent relationships with consultants, architects and contractors so as to enable continuous flow of inquiries and requirements to the division and favorable terms of trade. 3. Be completely aware of competitors offerings both in terms of products and pricing so as to offer innovative and competitive products 4. Ensure that proper stocking norms are maintained to ensure timely deliveries to project sites are maintained as per site requirements. 5. Monitoring and tracking of all Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders through various stages to ensure timely delivery 6. Should be a computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
